RETURNS POLICY

Your purchase is protected by Indie Gen’s guarantee of excellence. All of our products are hand made by Mexican artisans, complying with an impeccable quality standard. We guarantee that you will receive a finely detailed and carefully crafted garment that you can consider as an art piece. If our product does not comply with this promise, Indie Gen will accept the exchange or return with no cost of the purchases made from Mexico and the United States and will be possible to generate the total refund of any purchase that meet the following requirements:

  1. - The returns requests are valid within the first 14 calendar days after receiving your purchase.
  2. - You must send the return request by email to [email protected], indicating your order number and mentioning the reason why you want to generate the return of your purchase. We will have a response for you in 24 business hours to confirm the information and in case we proceed, we will email a shipping guide that you must print and paste on the outside of the shipping box of the product to be returned, then take it to your nearest shipping company office indicated on the label, so you can generate the return.
  3. - The product to be returned must have its label and must be returned in the original packaging, including all packaging materials, purchase invoice, and additional accessories that may be included (ex. Certificate of Authenticity, spec sheet, tags & labels). If these are not included in the packaging, the item will not be authorized for return.
  4. – We will only be accepting returns of products that have not been previously used, damaged, stained or altered in any way.
  5. - All returns are subject to a complete product review to ensure that it was not misused and that it was not been previously used.
  6. - Once the return is approved, the total refund of the product will be made to the same credit card from which the purchase was made, as long as it complies with the previous requirements.
  7. - Refunds will be made within 48 business hours after the approval of the return. However, depending on the country of origin of each card, the time in which you’ll see the amount reflected in your account may vary:

- Mexican cards: It may take from 2 to 7 business days. It depends on the bank that issued the card. 
- American cards: It may take 48 business hours.
- Other countries cards: Please check with your bank.

  1. - For returns made from outside Mexico or United States: The refund procedure is the same, however we are unable to provide free returns for international orders at this time. Any return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
